Mjölby Health Center is part of Primary Care Center (PVC) in Region Östergötland and is centrally located, only a five-minute walk from the commuter station. Mjölby has expanded in recent years and the city is growing in population; good house prices and attractive areas are among the reasons. Mjölby Municipality is focused on the future. Here you can enjoy the benefits of countryside and small-town living. Our operations include a doctor's clinic, child health care, counseling services, rehabilitation coordinator, district nurse and other nurse-based clinics, and a senior clinic. In total we are approximately 50 employees and have approximately 12,300 registered patients. Laboratory, maternity care center, and public dentistry are located in the same building.
Together we work to provide our patients with good and quality care in a timely manner. We are a good team that enjoys working together and supports one another. We are now seeking an additional nurse/district nurse who wants to help develop our health center. Job Description
As a nurse/district nurse, your main tasks will be telephone advice and independent work at the nurse clinic. You will have varied tasks and collaborate closely with other professional disciplines. We view continued professional development positively and there are opportunities for personal development within your own area of responsibility.
About You
You are a licensed nurse or district nurse. If you have previous experience working in primary care or similar, that is a merit. If you lack experience in telephone advice in primary care, you will be offered training in a web-based advisory support system early in your introduction.
It is important to us that we have a stimulating, warm, and positive working environment with an open climate. We support and help one another. We offer customized introduction.
As a person you are stable and adapt easily to different situations and have very good collaboration skills. It is important that you have a positive and professional approach, can work independently, and are flexible. Being engaged is important. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
