Nurse to Municipal Primary Care Short-Term Unit – do you want to make a difference every day?
We are now looking for you, a Licensed Nurse, who wants to work at our short-term unit.
At the short-term unit, work is conducted during daytime, Monday through Friday.
About the Assignment
As a nurse in municipal primary care, you work independently and in a team providing qualified health and nursing care within the municipal primary care short-term unit. You meet patients of all ages with varying needs, which provides a broad and stimulating assignment.
The work includes, among other things:
Assessment, planning, and follow-up of nursing interventions
Medication management and medical treatments
Collaboration with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and care personnel
Supervision and support for nursing staff
Participate in developing close care
Documentation according to applicable legislation

Work Tasks
Typical work tasks within municipal primary care
Work independently and in a team with assessment and interventions
Perform medical procedures
Delegate and supervise nursing staff
Work in close collaboration with nursing staff, unit managers, social services, physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing colleagues
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Is a licensed nurse
Is confident in your role as a nurse
Has good ability to work independently and make decisions
Has a structured work approach and can prioritize in a varied work day
Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a positive team climate
Holds a Class B driver's license
It is beneficial if you have:
Experience from municipal primary care or regional primary care
Specialist education in a relevant field
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

For positions where licensure/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected professional title is required, this must be submitted before employment.
Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered.
Criminal background checks are conducted for all positions within the social services department.
For positions in HVB activities, the HVB home excerpt is requested.
For positions in activities serving children with disabilities, excerpts for children with disabilities and verification of own information are requested.
For other positions within the social services department, the verification of own information excerpt is requested.
If the excerpt is not digital, it must be brought in an unopened envelope in connection with the check.
