Registered Nurses for Healthcare at Home – Region Västerbotten (weeks 34–53) Location: Region Västerbotten Scope: Full-time (100%) Period: August 17, 2026 – January 3, 2027 (weeks 34–53) Work Schedule: Day, evening, and weekend shifts (no night shifts) Application Deadline: August 14, 2026 (Positions filled on a rolling basis) About the Assignment Would you like a rewarding and independent role in healthcare at home during autumn and winter? We are now seeking registered nurses for full-time positions with our client in Region Västerbotten. The work is based at a pleasant team office in the region, but the primary care services are delivered in patients' own homes. The assignment spans the entire autumn and winter season (weeks 34 to 53). Responsibilities You will perform standard nursing duties at the primary care level adapted for home-based care. Your main tasks include: Medication management and dosette dispensing Wound dressing and specimen collection Management of PICC lines, central catheters, and nutritional infusions Medical assessments and documentation Collaboration with team colleagues and coordination of patients' care needs Your Profile Requirements: Education & Licensure: Registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience (Level 2+). Driver's License: Valid category B driver's license is an absolute requirement for the position. Language: Good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing (the role requires direct patient contact and documentation in Swedish). Clinical Competency: Confident in independent work and medical-technical procedures (e.g., central catheters and nutritional infusions). Desirable: Specialization as a District Nurse (VUB).
