About the Role As a registered nurse at our call center, you are an important hub in our operations. Together with dedicated colleagues, you ensure high availability and secure medical advice for our clinical teams out on patient visits. You support the daily work, contribute to efficient care flows, and ensure that every patient meeting is conducted with quality, responsibility, and the patient's best interests in focus. An on-call physician is always available for support on medical questions. Your Main Responsibilities Handle incoming alerts and distribute assignments to the right clinical staff member. Provide medical advice and support to colleagues on patient visits. Support clinical teams with delays and redirect resources when needed. Document in the journal system TakeCare and work in the planning tool Epsilon. You work closely with our operations and actively contribute to ensuring our care processes function securely, smoothly, and professionally. Who We're Looking For We're looking for you as a registered nurse with at least four years of experience. You have sound clinical judgment, are organized, and enjoy working in a coordinating and advisory role. If you have experience with telephone counseling, that's a plus.
