We provide outpatient services and day surgery for patients from several regions and insurance companies, and we have a urology agreement with Region Västmanland. We are now seeking a licensed registered nurse for our urology department. You will replace a highly experienced colleague who is retiring, and you will receive a well-planned introduction where you gradually grow into the role. About the Position As a nurse with us, you work closely with our specialist physicians and play a central role in patient care. The work is varied and combines outpatient services, administration, and day surgery activities. Responsibilities You will, among other things: Plan and coordinate outpatient visits and operations. Work in Cosmic with patient administration and documentation. Provide telephone advice and handle cases via 1177. Manage referrals and coordinate patients from waiting lists. Assist with cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, and other urological procedures under local anesthesia. Prepare operating room, instruments, and medical technical equipment. Manage sterile instruments, specimen collection, PAD results, and material orders. Collaborate with other professional groups for efficient patient flow. Regular outpatient services may occur. We Are Looking for You If You Are a licensed registered nurse. Have experience from a specialty clinic. Are experienced working in Cosmic. Work in a structured manner and have good administrative skills. Enjoy planning patient flows and assisting with medical procedures. Are independent, collaborative, and solution-oriented. Meritorious Experience with: Urology Operating room or day surgery services Cystoscopies and other urological procedures 1177, SVF, and referral management Sterile technique and instrument handling.
