Would you like to work with psychological treatment of adults while having great freedom to influence how much and when you work? Avira Care is seeking a licensed psychotherapist for our clinic in Eskilstuna. The position suits you if you want to work as a consultant one or more days per week, for example alongside another employment or your own business. Scope and working hours are planned together based on your preferences and the clinic's needs. About the Position You will work with assessment and psychological treatment (CBT) of adult patients within the framework of Avira Care's agreement with Region Sörmland. Treatment interventions should be based on cognitive behavioral therapy and adapted to each patient's individual needs. The work takes place primarily at our clinic in Eskilstuna, but some treatments can be conducted digitally. You work independently with your patients while being part of a small operation with close contact and short decision-making processes. Mandatory Qualifications To be considered for the position, you need to: be a licensed psychotherapist with a license issued by the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare have at least five years of professional experience in the field have been professionally active full-time in Sweden for at least two of the last five years have documented basic psychotherapy training, GPU/step 1, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, CBT have strong ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. You also need to work in a structured and independent manner and have a professional and trustworthy demeanor. It is meritorious if you have experience working in primary care, specialist psychiatry, or publicly funded outpatient care.
