We are now recruiting a licensed psychologist to our psychology team within Psychiatry and Addiction Services at Tiohundra. About the Position As a psychologist with us, you will be an important part of a small and engaged interdisciplinary team where we work closely with patients to create safe and cohesive care. The position suits you if you want to combine work in psychosis care with your expertise in neuropsychiatric assessments and psychological treatment. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and in close collaboration with competent colleagues from different professions. The work is based on the patient's needs and includes both group and individual interventions with a focus on patient recovery, participation, and continuity. You will work with assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with psychotic disorders and psychosis-like conditions. Collaboration with relatives and other actors around the patient is also an important part of the work. We are in an exciting development phase and we are looking for you who wants to contribute your psychology expertise and help shape the future of psychiatry in our newly renovated facilities. Your work tasks include: Psychological assessment and diagnostics Psychological treatment adapted for individuals with psychotic disorders and psychosis-like conditions Neuropsychiatric assessments of adults Psychoeducation for patients and relatives Assessment and monitoring of cognitive and psychological functions Crisis and relapse prevention work Collaboration with relatives, housing support, social services, and other care providers Documentation and standard psychological tasks Participation in the team's joint planning and treatment work Contribute to the development of working methods and interventions within the psychology team What We Offer We offer a wellness allowance of 5000 kr per year via Epassi. About You For this position, you need to: Be a licensed psychologist Speak and write Swedish at a good level Merits for the role: Experience working in psychosis care Experience with psychological interventions and treatment of patients with psychotic disorders or psychosis-like conditions Experience with CBT or other evidence-based treatment methods Experience with psychoeducation Experience working with relatives and networks Interest in business and method development As a person, you are confident, structured, and engaged in your work. You collaborate easily and see the value of different professions contributing their perspectives. At the same time, you are independent and take responsibility for driving your and our collective work forward. About Us The Psychiatry and Addiction Services clinic in Norrtälje is an outpatient clinic with a unique concept where psychiatry and addiction care are integrated within the same operation. Within our area of operations there is also Children, Youth, Family, and Habilitation. We consist of an interdisciplinary team where psychiatrists, nurses, counselors, occupational therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, medical secretaries, administrative staff, and other professional groups work closely together around patients.
