Our team consists of medical secretaries, administrators, hospital opticians, nurses, nursing assistants and ophthalmologists as well as two care unit managers. Together we work to provide our residents with the best health and medical care. We work daytime Monday to Friday and for us it is important to have a safe introduction rather than a quick one, and we make sure you have the conditions to succeed. WORK TASKS At our eye clinic we work with pediatric ophthalmology, medical retina, glaucoma, eye injections, cataract surgery, plastic surgery and more. In your role as an optician you will among other things work with • preparations for doctor appointments • own clinics with for example glaucoma, OHT, or diabetes patients • telephone advice. You should be easy to cooperate with, be flexible and be able to handle variation in work, both in the work group and work pace. In your role as an optician you should • be a trained optician.
