We offer a smaller setting and an operation with close relationships to colleagues, children/students, and guardians. Job Description Your responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching, and continuously monitoring students' knowledge development as well as other related tasks. Together with your team, you share collective responsibility for all students' well-being and safety during the school day. We work based on Maria Montessori's philosophy and research on learning, which includes conducting teaching in mixed-age groups. Qualifications We are looking for a licensed primary teacher with authorization to teach music. You feel confident in your professional role and have good knowledge of current curriculum guidelines. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and are well versed in the entire teaching process, from planning and implementation to follow-up, assessment, and grading. Montessori training or experience with Montessori pedagogy is a merit.
