We are now seeking two licensed physicians for temporary positions of 6-12 months as two of our colleagues have moved on to residency training (BT). Vårdcentralen Åparken has approximately 6,000 listed patients and a committed team of around 25 employees. As a smaller health center, we have short decision-making processes and close collaboration between professional groups, where we support each other and work together for the patient's benefit. We have well-functioning clinics for diabetes, hypertension, and asthma/COPD, as well as a competent rehabilitation team. We work in teams and value an open work environment where knowledge sharing and participation are a natural part of everyday work. Tyringe is a nature-close location with good commuting options. The health center is located just approximately 300 meters from the bus and train station, and there is free parking directly adjacent to the workplace. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a licensed physician with us, you will have varied work with both scheduled and acute patient visits within primary care's broad mission. You work independently while maintaining close collaboration with experienced colleagues and other professionals at the health center. We work in two interprofessional teams and have team rounds twice a week where we discuss patient cases together and support each other in daily work. You work in the PMO medical record system and also have access to the hospital medical record system Melior. We offer an introduction tailored to your previous experience, and you will receive supervision from experienced colleagues. We offer excellent opportunities for professional development and are receptive to your wishes regarding schedule and skills development. Working hours are daytime, Monday through Friday. Any requests regarding part-time work can be discussed. We are seeking two temporary staff members, with one position planned to start in early November and the other in late November. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you as a licensed physician with authorization to work in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at minimum level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement.
