Heby Health Center Our 1,800 employees work with primary care and health in Uppsala County. We offer a broad range of services within primary healthcare. Our patients see us at Region Uppsala's own health centers or within rehabilitation services, and we provide advice by phone via 1177. Your Assignment We are looking for someone who enjoys clinical work and collaborates easily and discusses with colleagues across all our professions. As a physician, you will receive support from colleagues, varied work, and the opportunity to develop and be challenged medically. Your duties include clinic visits with scheduled appointments, home visits, and assisting colleagues and students with your knowledge. We have well-functioning diabetes clinics, asthma/COPD clinics, heart failure clinics, and a well-renowned elderly care clinic. Your Qualifications We are looking for a licensed physician with Swedish medical licensure and several years of clinical experience, preferably from a health center. For physicians with foreign medical training, we require that you have completed your BT service. You are an excellent communicator in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are skilled at planning, organizing, and prioritizing work efficiently, and success in this role requires flexibility in your approach. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Our Operations Heby Health Center is part of the Primary Care and Health department of Region Uppsala and is located in western Uppland with approximately 7,000 registered patients and 30 employees. Our operations are broad with all professional areas represented within the health center's mission. We also have a youth clinic. The broad variety of patients creates a stimulating and developmental workplace. We have diabetes, asthma/COPD, and heart failure nurses with their own clinics, an elderly care clinic, and a district nurse working with hypertension patients.
