We are responsible for both regional healthcare and highly specialized care within the Southeastern Healthcare Region. In total, we have approximately 240 employees at the clinic, with operations in both Linköping and Norrköping, and include outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, surgical operations, hearing rehabilitation, speech-language pathology, interpretation services, and administrative support. Job Description We offer a fixed-term employment as a licensed physician in audiology and vestibular disorders for six months. The work includes daytime work at the audiology and vestibular outpatient clinic as well as participation in multidisciplinary conferences. You work independently with your own clinic and see patients of all ages with various hearing and dizziness-related problems. For the assignment, you will receive a fixed mentor and experienced physicians are available for support if consultation is needed, as well as comprehensive training in auditory and vestibular disorders, diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation, and the opportunity to participate in the clinic's research and development work. On-call work, daytime or nighttime, is not included. With us, you become part of an engaged and interprofessional team where mentoring and knowledge exchange are a natural part of daily work. The position offers good opportunities to develop your clinical skills and gain broad insight into the specialty. About You We are seeking someone who is a licensed physician. Previous experience working at an ear, nose, and throat clinic is highly meritorious. We hope you have a genuine interest in auditory and vestibular disorders and ambition to develop further within otolaryngology, with particular interest in audiology and vestibular disorders. You are curious, engaged, and enjoy working in interprofessional teams. To succeed in the role, you need to be flexible, communicative, and confident, as well as have strong ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. The clinic is large and many professions collaborate together, which requires good teamwork and you have an organized approach. Great weight is placed on personal suitability and your willingness to contribute to the clinic's clinical, academic, and development-oriented work.
