We take care of you and offer development throughout your professional career. About Us Welcome to Närhälsan Olskroken Health Center. The health center needs to expand its physician staffing, which is why we are now seeking a licensed physician for our team. Here, 35 dedicated employees work in various professions such as physicians, district nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. We currently have approximately 14,000 registered patients of various ages, and together we work to best meet our patients' needs. In addition to regular health center visits, our patients have access to comprehensive care including physician consultations, nursing consultations, and scheduled appointments with district nurses. In the same building as the health center, there is also a youth clinic, rehabilitation services, public dental care, and a pharmacy. You work independently and alternately with outpatient care. Supervision is provided by an experienced specialist who gives you support and knowledge exchange. We offer you varied work with good development opportunities. If you are interested in free and varied work with patients where your and your colleagues' work environment is in focus, this is the job for you. About You You are a licensed physician with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare and have an interest in primary care and conducting specialist training in general medicine. You have Swedish language skills at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. We are seeking someone who is attentive and has good interpersonal skills because in this work you meet many different patients at the health center. You work independently and are confident in making your own decisions, while also contributing with commitment and initiative to the development of the operations. You enjoy teamwork and collaborate willingly with colleagues and partners to create a care environment characterized by quality, trust, and care. Other Information Interviews will be held during weeks 34-35 The position is a 6-month temporary assignment with possible extension and specialist training opportunity. For those who have trained as a physician abroad and have not completed basic medical service in Sweden to obtain physician licensure, you are subject to the new regulations regarding basic service (Bastjänstgöring) as of July 1, 2021. Basic service for physicians (BT) is a mandatory introductory part of specialist training in the new regulation ST-2021 (HSLF-FS 2021:8). This means you need to complete BT before or as the initial part of your specialist training. We look forward to your application!
