We are looking for a certified preschool teacher to join Belfragegatans Preschool. As a preschool teacher, you have an important role in creating a safe and stimulating environment where children can develop and learn.
Belfragegatans Preschool is located in central Vänersborg. The preschool consists of six home units, but children are divided into smaller groups for most of the day.

Responsibilities
As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and developing education in accordance with the Swedish Preschool Curriculum (Lpfö 18). You create conditions for children's development, learning, and well-being through conscious pedagogical work where teaching, play, and care form an integrated whole.
You will work as part of a team with another preschool teacher and a preschool assistant. We also view the entire preschool as a shared team where collaboration, flexibility, and shared responsibility for all children are an integral part of the mission. Together, we create a safe, developmental, and educational environment for the children.
Qualifications
We are looking for a certified preschool teacher with strong knowledge of the preschool curriculum and its mission. You have a strong commitment to children's development and learning and see relationships as the foundation for pedagogical quality.
As a person, you are confident, responsible, and proactive. You have strong collaborative, communication, and relationship-building skills with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a present and reflective educator who contributes to improving teaching and systematic quality work. We value your positive attitude, your ability to see opportunities for collaboration across departmental boundaries, and your willingness to take shared responsibility for the entire preschool's operations.
Conditions
Employment Type: Temporary position until July 31, 2027
Full-time: 100%
Start Date: August 26, 2024 or by agreement
