Smårosor preschool is seeking an engaged and licensed preschool teacher who wants to help create a stimulating and safe learning environment for our children! About the facility: Smårosor preschool was founded in 1999 and currently consists of 6 departments spread across two units in Rosengård – Herrgården and Kryddgården. We have a total of 103 enrolled children distributed across two departments for children 1-3 years old, one department for children 2-4 years old, and three departments for children 4-6 years old. We have 29 engaged staff members working with us, of which 20 work directly with the children. All children at our preschool have Swedish as a second language and the majority have Arabic as their native language. We actively work with language development and inclusion in a multicultural environment. Our work is based on Lpfö 18 revised 2025 and the Swedish Education Act. Our vision is to challenge and stimulate children's curiosity and beginning understanding of language and communication as well as mathematics, natural science and technology. Responsibilities Plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities based on curriculum and vision Work with language development in a multilingual environment Document and monitor children's development and learning Collaborate with colleagues and guardians Actively participate in the development of the facility Qualifications Licensed preschool teacher At least 1 year of experience working in preschool Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Experience working with multilingual children is a merit We are looking for someone who Is engaged, responsible and has an inclusive approach Is passionate about children's language development and learning Is flexible and enjoys working in a team Values diversity and cultural diversity Employment type: Trial employment 6 months with possibility of permanent employment Scope: Full-time Start date: By agreement Workplace: Rosengård, Malmö Application: Apply by sending your CV and cover letter.
