The need for more staff within dementia care is increasing as we continuously receive more care recipients with cognitive impairment.

About You

In home care we work in our customers' homes – it's your workplace but first and foremost their home, where you show respect. You follow individual care plans, can work independently but also as part of a team. Of course, you are service-oriented and responsible.
Your Tasks
We are now looking for nursing assistants for our team in Trelleborg. Both full-time and part-time. The main assignment as a nursing assistant at Abello Home Care includes for you:
having a professional approach, which means you always maintain high quality in care and conduct.
being flexible and development-oriented.
taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate.
independently working with care plans, working as a primary care contact.
you are the most important link. We work from a contact person model where you, working with our customers, should make it easy to maintain contact with us, both for the customer and their family and others around the customer.
Your tasks include personal care, hygiene, cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal assistance, transfers, medication delegation, and developing care plans.
During the process we will go into more detail about work hours, as we will need staff for both day and evening shifts. Please feel free to indicate in your application if any of these shifts are not of interest to you. This also applies to weekend work which normally occurs every other weekend.
Your Profile
Licensed nursing assistant – please attach your Protected Professional Title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
Driver's license B, but it's also good if you can cycle.
Education in dementia/cognitive impairment, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care.
Salary
We have a collective agreement and individual salary setting.

You receive a wellness allowance.
