Your Tasks We are now looking for nursing assistants for our team in Trelleborg. Both full-time and part-time. Your main role as a nursing assistant at Abello Home Care will include: having a professional approach, which means you always maintain high quality in care and interactions. being flexible and development-oriented. taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate. working independently with implementation plans, serving as a dedicated care contact. you are the most important link. We work based on a contact person model where you, as someone working with our customers, should make it easy to contact us, both for the customer and for relatives and others around the customer. Your tasks include personal care, hygiene, cleaning, laundry, shopping, help with meals, mobility assistance, medication delegation and creating implementation plans. During the process we will go into more detail about work hours, as we will need employees for both day and evening shifts. You are welcome to indicate in your application if any of these shifts are not of interest to you. This also applies to weekend work, which normally occurs every other weekend.
