As a care responsible nurse at Landskrona Omsorg AB, you are responsible for ensuring patient safety and high quality care for patients within home care, LSS housing, and care and senior living facilities. Your main duties include: • Care responsibility - Assess, plan, implement, and follow up care measures for patients with complex needs within municipal primary care. • Collaboration and communication - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (hospital care, primary care, ambulance) to ensure a cohesive care process. • Support and guidance - Provide guidance and support to care staff, family members, and other care providers to promote quality and safety in care. • Documentation and quality assurance - Ensure correct documentation and reporting according to laws, guidelines, and patient safety requirements. • Technology and medical equipment - Handle medical technical equipment and use digital systems for care and administration. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who want to work with people based on an ethical and professional approach. You have education and/or experience in: • Care work and medical technology • Trained nurse (district nurse, specialist nurse with focus on the elderly, or general nurse) • Documentation and work in digital patient record systems • B-class driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement for the position You may have experience in: • Work within municipal care, palliative care, hospital care, and/or primary care. • Collaboration with other care providers within municipal and regional care • Meeting different cultures and the cultural differences it entails We believe that you are a person who: • Speaks Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing • Is confident in your professional role and has good interpersonal skills • Works in a structured manner and takes responsibility • Has good collaboration skills and finds it easy to build good relationships • Is solution-oriented and has technical understanding • Has a genuine commitment to quality and patient safety In this recruitment, we ask you to attach your CV and answer a number of selection questions.
