JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like to be part of a committed team of nursing care nurses, where support and experience sharing are always available? As a registered nurse on the evening shift, you will perform traditional nursing duties within municipal primary care, which includes: • Assessing, planning, and following up on health care interventions • Supporting and encouraging staff, relatives, and other care providers • Maintaining contact with colleagues within your own operation and with other care providers, hospital care, primary care, and ambulance services in the region • Documenting in patient record systems and ensuring that all documentation and reporting is done correctly according to laws, guidelines, and patient safety requirements • Handling medical technology and working with patients who have complex care needs With us, you will have the opportunity to develop, grow in your professional role, and make a real difference for patients every day. Within Landskrona Municipality, there is an HSL team with extended delegations. The extended delegations and management of the HSL team's nursing assistants are handled through the home care nurses. We are all co-located in one building at Kungsgatan 15. When different professions working with our patients meet, it contributes not only to new perspectives and good collaboration, but also to improved quality for patients enrolled in home care in ordinary housing, LSS housing, and care and accommodation facilities. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are: • District nurse, specialist nurse with a focus on elderly care, or general registered nurse. • Have a B driving license for manual transmission. We would appreciate it if you have experience with: • Working in municipal care, palliative care, hospital care, and primary care. • Documenting in patient record systems. • Meeting people from different cultures and the cultural differences involved. As a person, your work is characterized by an ethical approach and is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines. As a person, you are responsible, goal-oriented, and have a professional, warm demeanor that creates security for patients, relatives, and colleagues. You work methodically and with a scientific approach, which ensures high quality in care.
