About Our Organization Indomi has been operating since 2016 and runs several healthcare services including child and adolescent psychiatric clinics (BUP), psychiatry, healthcare, family foster care, residential support, and residential treatment homes. We are now seeking a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist for northern Dalarna, where we currently have a branch in Orsa and are opening an additional branch in Mora in fall 2026. Our main office is located in Borlänge. We work on behalf of Region Dalarna and provide assessment, treatment, and evaluation services for children and young people in specialist psychiatric outpatient care. Our team includes specialist physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists, and administrative staff, guided by our motto "With heart for the children – with focus on quality and respectful treatment with the individual at the center". We are now seeking a therapist focused on psychological treatment work to join our team in northern Dalarna, who together with us wants to contribute to the continued development of our clinic's treatment services. About the Role – Main Responsibilities As a therapist with psychotherapeutic focus, you will conduct treatment interventions within child and adolescent psychiatric outpatient care, in close collaboration with other professionals on the team. Psychotherapeutic Treatment: Conduct individual treatment sessions with children and young people. Work with parent sessions and family sessions as an integrated part of treatment. Adapt treatment approaches based on the patient's needs, maturity, and issues. Assessment and Treatment Planning: Participate in assessing care needs and formulating treatment plans. Follow up and evaluate ongoing treatment in consultation with the team. Contribute psychotherapeutic expertise in team conferences and treatment discussions. Group-Based Treatment: Plan and conduct group-based interventions for children, young people, and/or parents, based on organizational needs and your expertise. Collaboration and Network Work: Participate in SIP meetings (Coordinated Individual Plan). Collaborate with guardians and external partners such as schools, social services, and other healthcare providers. Documentation: Responsible for accurate and structured medical record documentation according to healthcare legislation and applicable guidelines. Development Work: Contribute to developing the clinic's treatment offerings. Participate in implementing and further developing evidence-based treatment methods and practices. About You We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist. Meriting: Experience working with children and young people in psychiatry or related services. You have a strong commitment to children's and young people's mental health and want to contribute to accessible, professional, and high-quality child and adolescent psychiatry. You work in a structured and independent manner with clear patient focus, while valuing and contributing to interdisciplinary collaboration.
