Are you a Licensed Psychologist or do you have other behavioral science education combined with further training in methods such as CBT step 1? At Falck, we focus on strengthening what is healthy and providing people with tools to manage workplace challenges, such as stress and conflicts. At Falck in Kiruna, you will have the opportunity to work proactively and directly see the impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our occupational physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver both physically and digitally to both local and national customers, which provides interesting variety in your work. The emphasis is on implementing interventions at the individual level, but also a large part of assignments at group and organizational levels in the form of, for example, assessments, training, group supervision, and organizational and leadership assignments. You will work with: Support conversations and talk-based treatment focusing on rehabilitation and preventive measures Supervision of individuals and groups Conflict management and management support Psychosocial work environment issues Assessments Training Qualifications Licensed psychologist Or social worker or other academic behavioral science education combined with further training in methods such as CBT step 1 Experience with support conversations using methodologies in conversation and treatment (CBT, ACT, or FACT) Experience with training and groups Experience meeting people with needs and questions related to situations where life and work life intersect Swedish and English fluency in speech and writing Category B driver's license Good computer skills and interest and preferably experience delivering through digital tools and working with online-based methods Merits Experience with organizational and leadership assignments As a person, you are confident in your professional role, communicative, and a pronounced team player who enjoys working both independently and with other competencies. Full-time employment and start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding holidays. The position involves travel to facilities and customers in the local area according to operational needs, which means you must have a category B driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
