Are you a Licensed Psychologist or do you have another behavioral science education together with further education in methods such as CBT Level 1? At Falck, we focus on strengthening what is healthy and giving people tools to manage work life challenges, such as stress and conflicts. With us at Falck in Gällivare, you get the chance to work proactively and directly see the impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our occupational physicians, nurses, physiotherapists and other specialists. You will deliver both physically and digitally to both local and national clients, which provides interesting variation in your work. The focus is on implementing interventions at the individual level, but also a large portion of assignments at the group and organizational level in the form of, for example, assessments, training, group facilitation, and organization and leadership assignments. You will work with, among other things: Support conversations and talk therapy with a focus on rehabilitation and preventive measures Facilitation of individuals and groups Conflict management and management support Psychosocial working environment issues Assessments Training Qualifications Licensed psychologist Or social worker or other academic behavioral science education together with further education in methods such as CBT Level 1 Experience with support conversations where you have used methodologies in conversation and treatment (CBT, ACT or FACT) Experience with training and groups Experience meeting people with needs and questions related to situations where life and work life intersect Swedish and English in speech and writing Class B driver's license Good computer skills and interest and preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods.
