Are you a Licensed Psychologist or do you have other academic education in behavioral science and want to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening what is healthy and giving people tools to manage work-life challenges, such as stress and conflicts. Your work consists primarily of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support conversations with customer employees, although interventions at the group and organizational level may also occur. With us at Falck in Ludvika, you get the chance to work proactively and see the direct impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our occupational physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver both physically and digitally to both local and national customers, which provides interesting variety in your role. Qualifications Licensed Psychologist Or social worker or have other academic education in behavioral science together with further training in methods such as CBT Level 1 Experience with support conversations where you have used methodologies in conversation and treatment (CBT, ACT, or FACT) Experience meeting people with needs and questions related to situations where life and working life meet Swedish and English in speaking and writing Class B driver's license Good computer skills and interest and preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods.
