With us at Falck in Gällivare, you get the chance to work proactively and directly see the impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our occupational physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver both physically and digitally to both local and national customers, which provides interesting variety in your work. The emphasis is on implementing interventions at the individual level, but also a large part of assignments at the group and organizational level in the form of, for example, assessments, training, group supervision, and organizational and leadership assignments. You will work with, among other things: Support conversations and counseling with a focus on rehabilitation and preventive interventions Supervision of individuals and groups Conflict management and management support Psychosocial work environment issues Assessments Training Qualifications Licensed psychologist Or social worker or other academic behavioral science education combined with further training in methods such as CBT step 1 Experience with support conversations using methodologies in conversation and treatment (CBT, ACT, or FACT) Experience with training and groups Experience meeting people with needs and issues related to situations where life and work life intersect Swedish and English, spoken and written Category B driver's license Good computer skills and interest, preferably experience, in delivering via digital tools and working with online-based methods.
