Your work has a clear focus on work capacity assessments, alongside targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level to handle, for example, stress and conflicts. You will meet a motivated clientele who want to move forward. The position is located in Vilhelmina/Lycksele with physical delivery of our services but primarily very digital work with customers throughout Sweden, which provides interesting variety in your job. For this to work smoothly, you need to be resident within commuting distance. We also believe that the best development and team spirit are created when we work together. In this role at Falck, you get the chance to work proactively and really see the direct impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our occupational physicians, physiotherapists, and other specialists. The role's focus is on work capacity assessments and individual support conversations, although interventions at the group and organizational level may occur. Qualifications: Licensed psychologist Experience with support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar Swedish and English in speech and writing Class B driver's license Good computer skills and interest and preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods. Meritorious: Experience working with groups and/or holding workshops Experience with organizational assignments As a person, you are confident in your professional role, communicative, and a pronounced team player who enjoys working both independently and together with other competencies. You are driven and have the ability to take on the role of consultant by, among other things, developing expertise in new areas that customers demand and working creatively with them for the best results.
