As a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist at VarnumHälsan, you have a very important role in creating results and value for our customers. You will work as a consultant with our customers, providing support to managers, contact persons, and employees. The focus of the position is to implement interventions at the individual level, but assignments at the group and organizational level also occur, such as psychosocial work environment assessments and group supervision. You will work with, among other things: Counseling and therapeutic conversations Psychosocial work environment issues Assessments Supervision of individuals and groups We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist with interest and experience in work-related illness, and experience working with individual counseling, training, and groups. It is meritious if you have further education or experience within rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment. You may have worked with CBT, ACT, or FACT. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are driven and have knowledge of the relationship between individual, group, and organization, as well as the ability to implement this into effective interventions in relation to the customer. At VarnumHälsan we offer you the opportunity for professional development within occupational health and interesting customers, both in the private and public sectors. Other: Permanent employment. Full-time position. Start date by agreement. The position may involve travel, which means you must have a driver's license and sometimes have access to your own car for work purposes.
