Description We are seeking a new team member for Sickla Hälsocenter, a primary care clinic with the patient at the center. We are close to the residents and offer you a workplace with strong relationships and excellent team spirit. We are a workplace that looks forward and actively works to develop our operations. Sickla Hälsocenter is a well-established clinic that has been operating since 2003 with around 30 employees. We are located in Curanten, a newly built facility for healthcare and wellness at Sickla shopping center. There are restaurants and grocery stores, as well as excellent public transportation right outside our doors. Job Responsibilities We are looking for a licensed psychologist with a CBT focus to join our primary care clinic. You will work with psychological assessment, counseling, diagnostics, and treatment of patients with mild to moderate mental health issues. The work is carried out in close collaboration with doctors and other professionals at the clinic. Good patient care and a positive overall patient experience are important to us. You will meet patients both in person and digitally via video. With us, you will be an important part of an engaged team working together to provide accessible and high-quality primary care. Qualifications You are a licensed psychologist. It is an advantage if you have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, competence in ACT/FACT, and/or evidence-based short-term treatments. Personal and professional flexibility is necessary. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. The work is characterized by close collaboration with other professionals.
