Work Tasks
Your responsibilities include inspiring and supporting students in their musical development as well as building strong and trusting relationships. You will lead, structure, and engage students in music instruction in a safe and pedagogical way, where every student feels seen and encouraged.
Creating a positive and safe learning environment is a central part of your work. Through good communication and a responsive approach, you create an atmosphere where students dare to express themselves and develop through music. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues and guardians to promote each student's learning and wellbeing.
As part of this position, you will participate in planning and coordinating the school's joint activities and traditions, such as school ceremonies, Lucia celebrations, themed days, and other events that contribute to a positive and inclusive school community.
Qualifications
Certified teacher with certification in music F-6.
You are secure, stable, and have self-awareness. You see relationships in their proper perspective and distinguish between the personal and professional.
You work well with other people. You relate to them in a responsive and flexible manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive way.
You express a positive attitude toward your work, the activity, and/or the organization. You act in accordance with made decisions, activity plans, goals, policies, and guidelines.
Great weight will be placed on your personal knowledge, qualities, and abilities.
