We are now seeking a licensed physical therapist/physiotherapist for our three welcoming healthcare centers – Vessigebro, Ullared, and Slöinge. The position is divided between the healthcare centers and offers a varied daily routine with great opportunity to work independently while being part of an engaged rehabilitation team. Job Responsibilities As a physical therapist with us, you will work with assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients of all ages. You independently manage physiotherapy interventions while maintaining close collaboration with other professionals at the healthcare centers. Job responsibilities include, among other things: • Functional assessments and physiotherapy examinations. • Individual treatment and rehabilitation. • Initial assessment of patients with musculoskeletal and movement disorders. • Patient education and counseling. • Planning and coordination of rehabilitation interventions. • Consultation and collaboration with other professionals. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, and rehabilitation coordinators to provide patients with safe, coordinated, and person-centered care. About the Workplace The healthcare centers Vessigebro, Ullared, and Slöinge are three smaller and well-functioning healthcare centers in Falkenberg Municipality. Together we offer comprehensive primary care with physician consultations, district nurse consultations, child health clinics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, social services, laboratory services, and specialist consultations in areas such as diabetes and asthma/COPD. What unites our healthcare centers is the family-like atmosphere. Here we know our patients, collaborate closely between professions, and help each other in daily work. About You We are seeking someone who is a licensed physical therapist/physiotherapist. Experience from primary care is meritorious, as is further education in areas relevant to primary care's mission. We are seeking someone who enjoys working both independently and together with others. You are responsible, engaged, and flexible, have good interpersonal skills, and see opportunities in change. You contribute to a positive work environment and want to be part of developing our operations. To ensure good and safe communication with patients, colleagues, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
