The Social Services Administration in Stockholm has an overarching and coordinating role for social services' individual and family care and the disability area. Here we create good conditions to meet residents in need of social services support. In close collaboration with district administrations, we contribute to a modern, digital, legally secure, equal and knowledge-based social service with a strong development focus. Within the administration, a wide range of support services are offered to the city's residents and the range changes based on Stockholmers' needs and district administrations' wishes. The work is often carried out in close cooperation with other authorities, civil society and the business sector. The Social Services Administration also oversees the city's restaurant and tobacco permits and conducts inspections. Welcome to Us Within the Health and Medical Care Area at LSS/SoL Health, approximately 65 committed employees work passionately to make a difference for those we serve. Our teams, geographically distributed throughout the city, consist of district nurses, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and nursing assistants. Our mission includes providing health and medical care to people living in LSS group and service housing, social psychiatric housing and daily activities in Stockholm. Our office is located at Medborgarplatsen but daily patient work takes place at patients' homes. We are now looking for a psychiatric nurse/nurse who will be responsible for several activities located in Järva and Hässelby/Vällingby (northern unit). Work hours are daytime, weekdays 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. What We Offer In this position, you are offered annual wellness compensation, pension benefits and the opportunity for vacation exchange. Your Role You will be part of a team with an occupational therapist and physiotherapist, where you have nursing responsibility for patients in your area. The Nurse's Tasks: - Health and medical care services up to district nurse level. - Coordinates the patient's care with other care providers. - Assessment of health status. - Lead nursing work. - Guidance and delegation to activity personnel. - Health preventive work. Qualifications Licensed nurse with at least 3 years of professional experience. Experience working in psychiatry, primary care and/or home healthcare is required. Being a responsible nursing nurse is independent work where you need to feel secure in your professional role. The work requires good ability to plan, structure and be solution-oriented. You need to be social and outgoing and enjoy working closely with colleagues and supervising care staff. You need to have good computer skills. Other Information We keep records in TakeCare and use Epsilon as our planning tool and APPVA for digital signing. A B driver's license is required. Start date is by agreement; recruitment is ongoing during the application period and the position will be filled subject to necessary decisions being made.
