About the Role The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period, full-time. Working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30. AudioNova Norrtälje is one of our private clinics in Stockholm where you as a Licensed Audiologist will work with and be able to offer our customers the very latest technology. As a Licensed Audiologist at AudioNova, you work with the entire rehabilitation process in the form of hearing tests, needs assessments and fitting of hearing aids as well as other technical aids. The work requires a high sense of service, flexibility when sudden changes occur in today's schedule and the ability to work in a structured manner. It is also important to be able to prioritize and work towards both personal and shared goals. Audiological knowledge as well as a good understanding of the connection between audiology, products and service is the foundation of the work. You report to the Regional Sales Manager, Team Leader and receive support from competent colleagues. Work is always conducted in line with current objectives, regulations and Sonova's values WeCare, WeDriveInnovation, WeStriveForExcellence, WeTakeAccountability, WeBuildTheBestTeam. Examples of Work Tasks Perform hearing tests, evaluate the customer's specific needs, inform and together choose the best solution for each customer. Adjust and configure hearing aids and technical equipment based on the customer's needs. Deliver high service throughout the rehabilitation process. Ensure that all processes and tasks are performed according to AudioNova's and authorities' standards and guidelines. Actively participate in measures proposed by RSM, Team Leader or Support Office, such as process improvements. About You We are looking for someone who is a Licensed Audiologist and passionate about providing professional customer service throughout the rehabilitation chain. You have a good ability to communicate facts and information in an easily understandable way to our customers and have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge. You take independent responsibility, plan and organize your work to drive it forward in an efficient manner. Furthermore, you have a calm and stable approach, even in more demanding situations. Since we are part of a global group, we see that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing, and have a license from the National Board of Health and Welfare following completed Audiologist training. We see it as meritorious if you have previous experience with rehabilitative working methods. Additionally, we value that: You are comfortable with IT and navigate independently in the Office package You are service and solution-oriented You hold a Class B driver's license You possess good communication skills and find it easy to build good relationships. You independently prioritize and structure work tasks. You are a good team colleague with requirements for flexibility both as a person and in your role.
