About the Workplace Praktikertjänst Vård Rehab is part of Praktikertjänst AB and provides primary care rehabilitation at several units in Region Stockholm. We combine the security of a large company with local commitment and hands-on operations. Praktikertjänst Rehab Vällingby is a new facility with a planned start this fall. We are now building a multidisciplinary team where each team member has the opportunity to influence the operation's development, work methods, and culture. Job Responsibilities As an occupational therapist with us, you will have varied work where you work both independently and together with colleagues from multiple professions. You will meet patients with different needs and have the opportunity to contribute to increased independence, participation, and quality of life in their daily lives. With us, you have the opportunity to shape your role based on both your interests and the operation's needs. You can work at a clinic, within home-based rehabilitation, or combine both assignments. Regardless of direction, you will meet a broad variety of patients and be part of developing an operation built from scratch. The work may include activity assessments, rehabilitation interventions, assistive device prescriptions, hand rehabilitation, housing adaptation assessments, group activities, and collaboration with family members, home care providers, and other professionals. You will be an important part of a team where cooperation and knowledge exchange are a natural part of everyday work. Qualifications You are a licensed occupational therapist. Experience in primary care rehabilitation, home-based rehabilitation, or assistive device prescription is a merit, but we also welcome you who are relatively new to the profession and want to develop with us. A driving license (category B) is a merit. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Personal Qualities We are looking for you who puts the patient in focus and who is driven to create conditions for people to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. You are comfortable working independently, take responsibility for your work, and at the same time have good collaborative skills. You have a professional manner and contribute to creating safety and trust with patients, colleagues, and collaboration partners.
