WORK DUTIES As an occupational therapist at Day Rehabilitation in Lindesberg, you work with person-centered rehabilitation with a focus on activity and functional training. Together with the patient, you formulate individual goals and establish a rehabilitation plan based on the patient's needs and circumstances. An important part of the work is to assess and evaluate the patient's activity capacity, including in the home environment. You use several different assessment instruments to gather information and create a foundation for rehabilitation planning, where ADL taxonomy is one of the instruments used. The rehabilitation plan is regularly reviewed and adapted based on the patient's development and changing needs. You are also responsible for documenting assessments, interventions, and follow-ups in the patient record system. In this role, you collaborate with district occupational therapists and other professionals in healthcare to ensure safe and cohesive rehabilitation for the patient. We are now seeking an occupational therapist for a full-time position. The position is time-limited and covers approximately 12 months. In this recruitment, we work with rolling interviews, which means that selection and interviews take place continuously during the recruitment period. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist with professional experience and references that can attest to your competence. You must have a driver's license, class B. You are independent both alone and in groups, and you want to do your best for patients. You are confident in your professional role, committed, helpful, and accommodating. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is also meritorious if you have: • Experience working in rehabilitation, preferably hand rehabilitation. • Knowledge of the Viva activity system.
