Saldus Municipality Brocēnu Sports Center (Brocēnu Secondary School, reg. No. 4113901049) invites applications for the position of ice rink operator/facility manager, for work in Brocēni.
Requirements for candidates:
Mandatory: basic education;
Precision, responsible attitude toward work, and high initiative;
Ability to work efficiently and quickly both individually and as part of a team;
Experience in maintenance work (experience with ice rinks is not required);
Maintaining cleanliness and order in facility premises and surrounding areas;
According to Section 72, Paragraph 5 of the Child Rights Protection Law, no criminal records data in the Interior Ministry Information Center.
Main responsibilities:
Perform systematic, high-quality ice rink preparation for hockey training and competitions, as well as other ice events, according to the ice rink usage schedule;
Perform technical maintenance of the ice resurfacing machine in accordance with the manufacturer's technical requirements and specifications;
Perform repair work (premises, surrounding areas, central heating system, water supply, sewage system, etc.);
Ensure flawless operation of the complex, ensure proper functioning of electrical power, heating, water and sewage systems, their maintenance in proper technical condition, and prevention of emergencies and damage.
