We are seeking a confident, attentive, and engaged person for work as a part-time companion. As a companion, you provide support and companionship in daily life and enable the person to participate in various activities based on their own wishes and needs. This may include accompanying them to leisure activities, social activities, walks, or running errands. Work Duties Accompany and provide support during various activities outside the home. Be a trusted and social support. Adapt communication to the person's needs. Contribute to independence and participation in daily life. Communicate in Swedish sign language and tactile sign language. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has good knowledge of Swedish sign language. Can communicate using tactile sign language. Is confident and clear in your communication. Is attentive, responsible, and respectful. Has a genuine interest in working with people. Can adapt to the individual's needs and wishes. Experience working as a companion or in care and support is an asset, but personal suitability is important. Employment Type Part-time employment as needed.
