Job Description: SAND is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Outlet store in Barkarby. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and a goal-driven leader, who achieves success and has a sharp business sense combined with the ability to inspire and motivate the team around you. As Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible together with the Retail Manager for maximizing sales and profitability in the store. You will monitor sales targets and results. You are responsible for ensuring adequate staffing. The store's success is built on your ability to coach your team, enable the team to reach its full potential, and ensure that our customers always meet a professional salesperson who enjoys their work and is motivated. Your Profile: You have a few years of experience in sales and store operations, preferably with previous leadership experience, ideally from retail. You are a driven and competitive person with great enthusiasm and commitment. You are responsible and organized. You are outgoing, social, and bring great energy.
