About the Client Company Due to high demand from our customers, we are now seeking industrial leaders for upcoming assignments in the Luleå and Boden areas. Your Responsibilities We are looking for someone with experience leading people, production, projects, or technical operations within industry. This could be in roles such as production manager, shift supervisor, team leader, project manager, site manager, production director, or other leadership positions. Depending on the assignment and your experience, the role may involve responsibility for personnel, production, projects, work environment, quality, or business development. Examples of responsibilities: - Lead, allocate, and follow up on daily work - Plan and coordinate staff, resources, and operations - Ensure or contribute to a safe and efficient work environment - Monitor production, quality, deliveries, and set goals - Lead and develop employees and teams - Drive projects, change initiatives, or improvement efforts - Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and external parties - Identify areas for improvement and develop work methods and processes Your Profile We are interested in both those with extensive experience in leadership roles and those earlier in your management career who want to take the next step. What matters most to us is that you have industry experience, are comfortable taking responsibility, and have the ability to create engagement, structure, and results together with others.
