Simccum is now seeking a Lead Technician for its operations at Bergnäset in Luleå.

Responsibilities
As Lead Technician at Siccum, you will have a central role in daily operations. You work practically with technology, operations, and maintenance while serving as a technical resource and support for the team.
Your main responsibilities:
Work practically with operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of freeze dewatering equipment.
Identify technical challenges and help find solutions.
Provide technical support to colleagues in daily work.
Ensure that equipment and processes function according to quality and safety requirements.
Contribute to improvements in work methods, routines, and technical solutions.
Plan and prioritize work efforts based on operational needs.
Participate in business development and create structure in daily operations.
We Are Looking for You
We are looking for someone with experience from industry, production, mechanics, process, or other technical operations. You enjoy working practically, take responsibility, and like solving technical problems.
We believe you:
Have good technical understanding and troubleshooting experience.
Are comfortable working independently and taking own initiative.
Are solution-oriented and like developing work methods.
Take responsibility and contribute your experience to the team.
Are thorough, safety-conscious, and quality-focused.
Have a Class B driver's license.
It is advantageous if you have experience with:
Industrial operations and production.
Mechanics, electrical, or automation.
Maintenance of machines and technical equipment.
Working with process equipment.
Forklifts operator certification.
Most important for this recruitment is that you are technically skilled, engaged, and want to help develop Siccum's business together with the team.
