Siccum is now seeking a Lead Technician for its operations at Bergnäset in Luleå.

Responsibilities
As a Lead Technician at Siccum, you will have a central role in daily operations. You work practically with technology, operations, and maintenance while serving as a technical resource and support for the team.
Your main responsibilities:
Work practically with operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of freeze dewatering equipment.
Identify technical challenges and help find solutions.
Provide technical support to colleagues in daily work.
Ensure that equipment and processes function according to quality and safety requirements.
Contribute to improvements in work methods, procedures, and technical solutions.
Plan and prioritize work efforts based on operational needs.
Participate in developing the business and create structure in daily operations.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with experience from industry, production, mechanics, process, or other technical operations. You enjoy practical work, take responsibility, and like solving technical problems.
We believe that you:
Have good technical understanding and experience with troubleshooting.
Are comfortable working independently and taking your own initiative.
Are solution-oriented and like improving work methods.
Take responsibility and contribute your experience to the team.
Are thorough, safety-conscious, and quality-focused.
Have a B-class driver's license.
It is a plus if you have experience with:
Industrial operations and production.
Mechanics, electrical work, or automation.
Maintenance of machinery and technical equipment.
Working with process equipment.
Wheel loader certification.
Most important for this recruitment is that you are technically skilled, engaged, and want to help develop the business together with Siccum.
