Responsibilities
As a Lead Scaffolding Erector, you will:
Lead and organize scaffolding installation on various construction projects.
Work with assembly and disassembly of building scaffolds.
Communicate and collaborate with clients and suppliers to ensure project progress.
Plan workflows and allocate resources to optimize efficiency.
Ensure that work is performed in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
Cooperate with other trades and contribute to a good work environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
· At least 3 years of experience working with scaffolding.
· Specialized scaffolding training.
· Driver's license category B (required)
· Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
· Ability to plan workflows and prioritize tasks.
· Commitment to safety and quality in work.
Desirable qualifications:
· STIB Professional Certificate
· Weather protection training
· Driver's license category BE
· Experience with wheel loaders and forklifts.
· Crane operator certification
