About the Position As a lead electrician/foreman at E4EL, you are the natural leader on the job site. You are responsible for daily planning, lead the installation crew, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality. You work closely with the project manager and are an important part of the project's success. Together, you ensure that the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards while creating a good work environment for everyone involved. Your Main Responsibilities Lead and assign work for electricians and installers on the job site Plan and coordinate daily work in contracting projects Ensure the project meets schedule, quality, and workplace safety requirements Manage materials, procurement, and resource planning on-site Be the main contact with customers, construction managers, consultants, and other contractors Perform and quality assure electrical installations in new construction, renovations, and industrial projects Contribute technical solutions and problem-solving throughout the project Support, develop, and guide employees in daily work Who Are You? We are looking for someone with several years of experience as an electrician who currently works as a lead electrician/foreman or has equivalent experience from contracting work. You enjoy taking responsibility and are motivated by leading others toward common goals. At the same time, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have an easy way of building trust with both customers and colleagues. We would like to see that you have: ECY certification and several years of experience as an electrician Experience with contracting projects in commercial real estate, industry, or construction Experience leading installation crews and coordinating work on job sites Good ability to plan and structure work Understanding of economics, quality, and productivity in projects Good collaboration skills and clear leadership B-class driver's license Experience from industrial projects is a plus.
