Welcome to join us! 👷‍♂️Your day-to-day work with us As a lead installer, you are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing the daily work on the construction site. You are an important link between project management and installers and ensure that installations maintain high quality, follow schedules, and are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The role also includes continuous contact with clients, consultants, and suppliers, as well as responsibility for purchasing and planning in consultation with the project manager. Contracting is a large part of our operations and we see strong growth in the coming years. We are seeking you with at least two years of experience in electrical installation, where you have held a role as lead installer with responsibility for leading projects and work teams. You have a basic education as an electrician and ECY certificate for completed apprenticeship. If you have experience working with residential projects, we see that as highly advantageous. You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.
