Responsibilities and Role We're looking for someone with extensive design experience who wants to take on greater responsibility – not just in technology, but also in leading, supporting, and coaching your colleagues. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Engineering degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Several years of experience in design within electrical/automation or power engineering Experience from roles as a design engineer, technical specialist, or similar Ability and willingness to take on a leadership role and support others in their development It's a plus if you have: Experience from hydropower or related industries Experience with commissioning As a person, you are: Collaboration-oriented and comfortable working in a supplier role Organized with a strong focus on quality and safety Driven by challenges and by developing both technology and people You have strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Travel is part of the role, and a Class B driver's license is required.
