In this role, you will lead planning, feasibility studies, and coordination of initiatives within technical competency development in a complex product and service operation. About the Role Drive strategic and operational planning for multiple parallel training initiatives. Ensure that initiatives are clearly defined and ready for implementation. Work closely with technical experts, product owners, and business representatives. What You Will Do Develop and follow up on project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps. Conduct feasibility studies covering scope, resource requirements, dependencies, and risks. Lead workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities. Translate technical product and service information into competency development needs. Document decisions, requirements, and supporting materials for continued implementation. What We're Looking For Senior experience leading cross-functional projects and planning initiatives. Ability to structure feasibility studies, define scope, and manage complex dependencies. Strong technical understanding of products, systems, and service processes. Experience facilitating workshops and building consensus among various stakeholders. Experience in technical training, learning organizations, or global product launches is a plus. Technology & Tools CAD illustrations and technical drawings.
