The Lead Planner Role As Lead Planner, you lead and ensure quality in the project's planning process. You are responsible for establishing, developing, monitoring, and using schedules as an active management tool throughout the project's various phases. The role involves close collaboration with other key functions within the project. Your responsibilities include: - Hold primary responsibility for the project's schedule management and monitoring, including progress, forecasts, and deviation handling - Lead, coordinate, and ensure quality in the project's scheduling work in collaboration with project planners and other key functions - Ensure schedules are created and structured according to the project's common working methods, WBS, and NCC's processes - Analyze relationships between time, production, procurement, design, economics, and contractual commitments - Identify, analyze, and report time-related risks, opportunities, and consequences for project execution - Develop clear decision-making and forecast foundations for project management, leadership team, and client in collaborative projects - Contribute to developing working methods, tools, and approaches within planning, for example through critical path analyses, alternative scenarios, and progress monitoring - Support project management on matters related to schedule duration, change management, and time-related commercial issues. Your Profile as Lead Planner We are looking for someone with experience leading and driving planning work in complex environments, preferably on large construction and/or infrastructure projects. You understand how the schedule impacts the project's economics, resource planning, procurement, design, and production. You have strong analytical capabilities and can translate detailed information into well-founded decisions that support the organization's overall goals. At the same time, you have the ability to see the bigger picture, identify relationships, and anticipate consequences of different choices. You have good understanding of production flows and thrive in a role where you can create structure, coordinate different stakeholders, and help ensure the project stays on track throughout execution. You have good communication and engagement skills that help others participate in planning work, create alignment between different functions, and convey complex information in a clear and pedagogical manner. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with Primavera P6 is a merit.
