Do you want to lead a national transformation journey in accounting? We are now seeking a senior leader for one of the most exciting transformation initiatives in the consulting industry. The assignment involves national responsibility for leading, developing, and future-proofing a major accounting operation that is in the midst of comprehensive organizational change. This is an opportunity for you to combine business acumen, leadership, and change management in a role with significant mandate and real impact. About the Role You will be responsible for the accounting operations at the national level and lead the business through a number of experienced managers. The role encompasses full responsibility for delivery, quality, financials, resource planning, and business development, while you become a key player in translating strategy into concrete practices and behaviors. The organization is facing an exciting shift where several previously independent operations are consolidating into a unified national structure. Therefore, we are looking for a leader who not only sees what needs to change, but also has the ability to create engagement and make change happen. You will be part of the national leadership team and work closely with several senior leaders to develop the business, strengthen collaboration across operations, and create the future way of working. This position is a direct employment with the client and you will work at the headquarters in Stockholm. Travel to other offices in the country will occur. We believe you have You have several years of experience leading other leaders and are accustomed to combining business responsibility with operational leadership. You likely have a background from audit, accounting, or consulting, or other Professional Services where quality, customer focus, and business development are central. We would like to see experience in: - Leadership with personnel responsibility for managers - Results and business responsibility - Change management in a larger organization - Business development and KPI-driven management - Resource planning and capacity management - Digitalization, automation, or operational efficiency improvements As a Person To succeed in this role, we believe you are a confident and clear leader who builds trust through your leadership approach.
