About JME Records JME Records is a newly established Swedish record label focused on developing new talent in pop, pop-rap, R&B, and pop-rock. We are now seeking creative songwriters who want to help build the label from the ground up. About the Role As a songwriter at JME Records, you will: Write songs for our artists and bands Collaborate with producers, artists, and bands on creative projects Contribute lyrics, melodies, and song ideas Participate in the development of new music projects Compensation This is a royalty-based collaboration. No fixed salary is provided. Compensation is based on songwriter agreements and is determined by the agreed-upon royalty split from the works you contribute to. What We're Looking For You have a strong interest in songwriting You write your own lyrics, melodies, or both You are creative and want to develop long-term You enjoy collaborating with artists and producers Location Remote with the possibility of joint studio sessions and songwriting camps by arrangement.
