I am a technical partner who contributes improvements and has close collaboration with different teams, from project managers to service technicians. My customers range from small industries to large construction projects and government agencies". 📍 Work location: Malmö, alternatively one of our other offices in the South region. You work from home or from our office. Travel within the region is a natural part of the job. Your Role – We are looking for you who enjoy challenging work and for the right person this will mean an opportunity to further develop your professional skills. You will become part of a service team of three where everyone is somewhat of a technical expert within their areas. Concrete tasks: - Work service-oriented with troubleshooting and minor lock installations. - Plan and carry out your work independently in close collaboration with project managers, sales, engineers and other service technicians. - Ensure good customer experience, work with improvement measures and upselling. We are looking for you who - Have experience from a lock technician role, where you have worked with both mechanical and electrical solutions within locks, as well as experience with door automation. - Good data skills and interest in systems – development at us is fast and often directed towards IT. - Journeyman or master's certificate is a merit. Core Competencies: - Education at upper secondary level or vocational school. A merit with a focus on Locks or other relevant education. - Driving license and good knowledge of Swedish in both writing and speech.
