Depending on your background and expertise, your focus will be on lock technology, door automation, or a combination of both areas. Your responsibilities include: • Installation, assembly, and service of locks, hardware, and door closers • Installation, adjustment, and service of door automation systems • Troubleshooting and repair of lock and door environments • Installation of electromechanical locking units • Work with sensors, control systems, and integrated solutions • Service assignments and projects at customer locations • Customer contact and consultation on technical solutions You will plan much of your workday independently and often work directly from home. If needed, you can work from one of SafeTeam's offices at Globen or in Spånga. Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced and self-directed technician who thrives with freedom and responsibility. You are solution-oriented and enjoy finding practical solutions when facing technical challenges at customer sites. Since you work closely with both customers and colleagues, it is important that you are service-minded, communicative, and unpretentious. You take responsibility for your assignments from start to finish and are happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues. We are looking for someone who has: • At least five years of experience as a lock technician and/or door automation technician • Driver's license category B • Good technical understanding and troubleshooting experience • Ability to work independently at customer sites • A clear focus on service and customer satisfaction For those with a lock technology background, we would appreciate experience with lock installation, electromechanical locking units, mortising, long-distance drilling, and troubleshooting and repair. For those with a door automation background, we would appreciate experience with installation, commissioning, adjustment, troubleshooting, and service of various door automation systems. Knowledge of low-voltage systems, security systems, sensors, and control systems is a merit. Experience with regulations and standards related to accessibility and safety in door environments is also a plus. Journeyman or master certification and certification as a security storage technician are merits but not requirements.
