About the job At our customer center, you'll become an important part of the team and one of the first points of contact our customers have with us. You answer emails and calls, assist with various matters, and ensure our customers receive fast and smooth service. The work is primarily done in our systems, and you'll receive great support from your colleagues – we're a team of eight people who help each other and have a really great atmosphere at work. The position is located at our headquarters in Skellefteå and working hours are weekdays, daytime. This is a substitute position starting 24/8 and running through August 2027. Who are you? You enjoy providing excellent service, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You're easy to talk to, both on the phone and via email, and you're not afraid to take your own initiative. You are thorough, flexible, and can handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining organization. We believe you have Good computer skills Strong Swedish and English Customer service experience is a plus, but not required About the employment A workplace with great camaraderie where we care about each other.
